White Rock Lake is a reservoir in north-east Dallas. The lake was formed in 1911, with the damming of White Rock Creek. It continues to serve as a recreational lake for the city of Dallas and its surrounding suburbs. Popular activities include kayaking, canoeing, and standup paddleboarding.
